INFINITECH Stakeholder Requirements

After the collection of the User Stories and as a consequence, the elicitation of Stakeholder Requirements was performed. They describe the necessary functionalities that the Stakeholders feel they need and intend to use as consequence of their user stories. The Requirements were divided by priority (SHALL, SHOULD or MAY), depending on the different needs from the pilots.

A total of 102 requirements were elicited from the User Stories. The distribution of the Requirements per pilot category is depicted in the following picture. It’s important to take note that a single requirement can be present in different pilot categories.

In the following picture we can see how the requirements are distributed in terms of priorities.
