Multi-sided Market Platform & VDIH

Work Package Leader 8 – PanEuropean Multi-Sided Market Platform and VDIH

16th January 2020, Nikos Drosos, Singular Logic, Greece

Within INFINITECH, modern technologies and tools are combined in order to support innovators from the Finance and Insurance sectors in their Big Data, AI and IoT endeavors. In order to provide access to project’s outcomes a market platform will be designed and developed along with a Virtualized Digital Innovation Hub (VDIH).

The multi-sided market platform will enable the end users to search, retrieve and combine different types of project’s solutions, varying from Big Data and AI algorithms to IoT and Blockchain solutions. So, according to this, we can say that the market platform will be the main vehicle for the exploitation and sustainability of the project./p>

When it comes to the Virtualized Digital Innovation Hub (VDIH), a bunch of related services (complementary to the services available through the market platform) are going to be provided, including technical support, training and many more. The VDIH will provide access to these various structured services through a catalogue in order to ensure an easy access for the end users.

Apart from the project’s outcomes, in order to support third-parties access, during the project’s cycle, addition FinTech and InsuranceTech solutions will be implemented along with third-party solutions that will provide continuous support to all participants, whether if they are in the project’s ecosystem or not.

Last but not least, both the multi-sided market platform and the VDIH will provide the necessary functionalities and support to respective stakeholders of the project ecosystem in order to interact easily, get access to INFINITECH’s final outcomes and/or onboard their own solutions.

All the above will contribute to formulate a next-generation one stop shop for Big Data and IoT services for all the FinTech and Insurance sector stakeholders.
